TCT Holdings was founded by Tim Carroll, a retired U.S. Air Force officer with experience in leadership, organizational management, competitive swimming governance, and emerging business initiatives. The company is built around two connected businesses: Veteran Talent (recruiting) and Applied AI — where relationships, evidence, and practical technology create measurable value.
Tim retired from the U.S. Air Force after more than 20 years of service, giving him firsthand, working knowledge of security clearances, government hiring processes, and government contracting — not secondhand advice. He maintains deep relationships across the recruiting community and personally mentors transitioning service members through their move to civilian careers.
